Typically, the majority of the time I photograph children are at weddings – the flower girls, ring bearers, and crazy kiddos on the dance floor. Every now and then I get to have extra fun and do an entire child/family session. This time, the subject was my 1-year-old niece, Maggie! She just celebrated her first birthday in early May and is getting so big! She’s my first (and only!) niece and the first grandchild on both sides, so she gets lots of love and attention and loves every minute of it. It’s easy to tell because she is always so HAPPY! She also loves my dogs Ajax and Henry… and they love her!

Together they make one of the cutest families ever!
Miss Maggie is now on the move… but not without a little help from mom and dad. :)
