I had the pleasure of spending a beautiful, sunny evening with a pack of talented, spirited pups. They had fun showing off their skills and posing for the camera.
First up was Gidget, an Italian Greyhound mix, then Rudy the Chihuahua mix.
Next up was Pixie, the Cairn mix.
Then Annie the Jack Russell mix got her time to shine. She is 15 years old and the leader of the pack!
And the whole group! What a fun session. 🙂
Every February, I have the pleasure of teaming up with Metro Dogs Daycare & Boarding to volunteer my time to benefit Safe Hands Rescue. Over 60 dogs (!) and their people had their portrait taken and over $2,000 was raised for the rescue. Here are just a handful of close-ups from the event—enjoy!

I had the pleasure of visiting the home of Grommit, a senior Pomeranian, and his younger brother, Mugsy the Pekingese. These two were absolute characters and just a joy to capture on film.
I absolutely love documenting the little details that people love so much about their pets, they are some of my favorite images!
Jake and Gunner are the sweetest pair of rescue dogs – they really loved the treats I brought and were so happy to pose for me!  We had the most beautiful evening for their session between the golden light and fall colors.  We also shot a series of family portraits and funny photos with the dogs for their Christmas card, but I don’t want to ruin the surprise for their friends and family. 🙂
