Hello, there! I’m glad you found your way to my brand new site. I am so excited to have such a beautiful platform on which to share my photography with you! Major pat on the back to 3200 Creative for the brilliant site design and outstanding customer service. Thank you!
Let’s get right to it! Miss Olive is the sweetest pup* and really worked it for the camera. She is a quarter Beagle, quarter Brittany Spaniel and the rest is unknown, although there has to be Jack Russell in there and maybe even a touch of Whippet?
There was something about this session that was just perfect–Olive’s demeanor, the furniture, the light, everything! I love when clients choose to have their session in their home, since everyone’s home is different (and your pet is probably the happiest)… not to mention not letting the Minnesota weather get in the way.
*If you do not know me in real life, you will quickly discover pup and puppy are NOT age-specific terms for me.
Anyway, to the images!
Macro dog. I might claim this as a self-portrait rather than a portrait of Olive. 🙂
I love this image and it lent me a lot of inspiration for the new site. Don’t tell anyone, but Olive is not normally allowed on the couch. Sometimes I have to bend the rules a bit, especially if your couch is this awesome.
There’s something about puppy noses that I find irresistible.
One of my favorite images, to date. Look at that physique!
Thank you, Olive for having me over to play!
I’m looking forward to sharing a lot more photography of pets, portraits (including musicians!), and weddings. Are you on Facebook? I am. “Like” me to be the first to hear of an upcoming pet photography session giveaway and how you can win.
