If you like scruffy dogs, you are in for a treat! Meet Ozzie, Milo, and Huck:
I met their owner/dog mom, Jean, a while back volunteering for Secondhand Hands. We both are obsessed with Cairn terriers and all their “cousins,” and we quickly became friends. I was in terrier heaven photographing these boys!
First up is Ozzie the Cairn. He reminds me so much of my boy Ajax. He was having a lovely time rolling around in the grass and receiving belly rubs.
Milo the Silky mix is a very dapper dog!
And Yorkie Huck – such a cute guy!
Photographing groups of dogs is usually a big a challenge (even if they are obedience superstars). These three were so excited and energetic, but their group shots came together beautifully.
At the end of the session, I spent some time with the two resident felines. First is senior Kitten, who unfortunately isn’t doing very well, health-wise. She was as sweet as can be.
And another senior, Snickers, who loved striking a pose for me.
Whew, what a group! Thank you again for the fun session!
